Prosimy o szczególne zwrócenie uwagi na format i standard zdjęć, które należy przesłać wraz z formularzem.
Zdjęcia powinny mieć charakter paszportowy, format pliku JPG lub PNG w rozdzielczości min. 300DPI i wymiarach min. 35x45mm (lub większe z zachowaniem proporcji). Zdjęcia posłużą do wyrobienia identyfikatora Forum, bez którego poruszanie się w obiektach i otoczeniu obrad, ze względów bezpieczeństwa, nie będzie możliwe.

Please pay special attention to the format and standard of photos that should be sent with the form.
Photos should be of a passport nature, JPG or PNG file format with a resolution of min. 300 DPI and dimensions of min. 35x45mm (or larger proportionally). The photos will be used to make the Forum ID, without which it will not be possible to move around in the facilities and surroundings of the meeting.
